The player will be able to use a unique Tile that makes it possible to rent the space to outsiders. This way, the foreigner can build and enjoy as they wish in that space through a contract between the parties.

Owner advantages:

• A wide variety of resources is generated as fees.

• Convenience in acquiring desirable items.
